Portsmouth CHAT (Childcare Advice and Training) delivers the Children’s Information Service for Portsmouth, providing free, up-to-date information on registered childcare and related services to parents/carers and appropriate agencies. We administrate the Nursery Education Grant for 3 and 4 year olds and hold information about Child and Working Tax Credits.
