The Families Information Service Hartlepool provides accurate, up to date information to parents and carers regarding childcare and children’s services for children and young people aged 0-19 years in Hartlepool. The information we provide assists parents and carers in choosing children’s services.
Our service operates Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm in the Central Library, York Road, Hartlepool. An answerphone service is available outside of these hours.
